退款政策Refund Policy

我们希望您满意。由于本软件提供免费试用，请在购买前充分试用确认功能满足需求。 We want you to be satisfied. Because the Software includes a free trial, please evaluate it thoroughly before purchasing.

1. 可退款情形Eligible for a refund

• 购买后 7 天内且许可证使用时长不超过 2 小时的，可申请全额退款； A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase and the licence has been used for no more than 2 hours.
• 因技术原因无法在受支持的设备上运行，且经我们协助仍无法解决的，可申请全额退款； A full refund is available where the Software cannot run on a supported device for technical reasons and our assistance has not resolved the problem.
• 重复扣款或支付错误的，核实后全额退回。 Duplicate charges or payment errors are refunded in full once verified.

2. 不可退款情形Not eligible for a refund

• 超过购买后 7 天； More than 7 days after purchase.
• 许可证已长时间使用（超过 2 小时）； The licence has already been used extensively (more than 2 hours).
• 因不符合您所在司法辖区的特定监管要求而要求退款（购买前请自行确认）。 Refunds requested because the Software does not meet specific regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction (please confirm before purchasing).

3. 如何申请How to request a refund

请发送邮件至 [email protected]，注明订单号与购买邮箱。我们将在 2 个工作日内回复。 Email [email protected] with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We reply within 2 business days.

4. 退款方式Refund method

退款由 Paddle（Merchant of Record）原路退回至原支付方式，到账时间取决于发卡行。 Refunds are issued by Paddle (Merchant of Record) to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the card issuer.
