购买后，您获得在约定期限内、于约定设备上使用本软件的非独占、不可转让许可。许可证与设备绑定，不得转售、出租、反向工程或用于提供与本软件实质相同的商业服务。 On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software on the agreed device for the agreed term. Licences are bound to a device and may not be resold, rented or reverse-engineered, nor used to provide a commercial service substantially the same as the Software.
安装后提供累计 1 小时的免费试用，无需注册。试用时长按实际使用累计计算，不因重启或重装而重置。 Each installation includes a cumulative 1-hour free trial with no registration. Trial time accrues from actual use and is not reset by restarting or reinstalling.
本软件是财务建模与计算工具，不构成投资建议、估值意见、会计或税务意见，亦不替代专业判断。所有输出均取决于用户输入的假设，用户应自行核实并承担使用后果。 The Software is a financial modelling and calculation tool. It does not constitute investment, valuation, accounting or tax advice, nor does it replace professional judgement. All output depends on the assumptions entered by the user, who is responsible for verifying them and for the consequences of their use.
本软件及其文档的著作权归提供方所有。用户对自行输入的数据与生成的输出文件保留权利。 Copyright in the Software and its documentation belongs to the Provider. Users retain all rights in the data they enter and in the output files they generate.
付款由 Paddle 作为 Merchant of Record 处理，适用 Paddle 的条款。价格与税费以结账页显示为准。 Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record and are subject to Paddle’s terms. Prices and taxes are as shown at checkout.
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，提供方不对因使用本软件产生的间接损失、利润损失或决策损失承担责任；累计责任以您实际支付的许可费用为限。 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss arising from decisions made in reliance on the Software. Aggregate liability is limited to the licence fees you have actually paid.
提供方可更新本条款并在本页发布。若您违反本条款，许可可被终止。 The Provider may update these terms and publish them on this page. The licence may be terminated if you breach these terms.
本条款适用香港特别行政区法律。 These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
